Do you have RV spaces available?
An Online Reservation Request is the easiest way to check availability. Based on our availability, you’ll receive a reply via email within 24 to 48 hours.
Are you open all year?
Yes. We are open year round. Our RV Park and Mobile Home community proudly hosts many residential and short-term stays.
How do I know if my RV meets your requirements?
Great question! RV requirements may vary based on the length and type of stays. We recommend visiting our Rules & Regulations Page or contacting the Park office at, email@example.com, for further assistance before making a reservation to ensure we’re able to accommodate you.
How much does it cost to stay at your RV Park?

Are pets allowed?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcomed to stay in the park at any time with permission of the park, which may withhold said permission at its sole discretion. Please read our Rules & Regulations Page regarding pet rules. Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park offers a dog park area including doggie bag stations which can be found throughout the RV park. Residents must sign and obey all pet rules which include cleaning up after your pet. Pets must be on a leash when out in the park and must never be left unattended. No more than two (2) pets per homesite. Pet items can only be washed in the designated pet washers.
What are your opening hours?
Park hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. NOTE: All RV Guests must have a “reservation confirmation” with site assignment before entering the Park. Reservation confirmations and assignments are emailed to the prepaid guest prior to the scheduled arrival. We encourage a contactless & touchless registration when the office is closed and during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Do you have a laundry room and what are the opening hours?
Yes, there are 2 laundry rooms available for use. Residents and guests are welcome to use both laundry facilities during the hours of 6:00am to 11:00pm. Registered guests will need to access the laundry rooms using the door code provided on Confirmation. Washers and dryers are coin operated. Pet items can only be washed in the designated pet washers. Hanging laundry outside RV is not allowed. The park is not liable for damaged or lost clothing.
Do you have private showers and restrooms?
Yes, restrooms and shower facilities are available for reservation guests. Bathroom codes can be found on confirmation email only. We ask that you do not share restroom codes or permit access to those without a code. For security reasons, the restrooms are closed at 9pm; Residents are encouraged to use their own bathroom at night and can enjoy our private, clean showers and restroom facilities from 6am till 9pm. Residents may request temporary access to the restroom or shower house on a temporary basis. No pets are allowed in the restroom area.
Is there WIFI at the park?
As of December 2020, there is currently no WIFI available for residents at the park. However, we are working on improving our services and will soon be able to offer WIFI throughout our park, stay tuned!
Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes! Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park is the only RV park in the San Francisco area offering both short term and extended stays all year round.
Is it possible to rent RV’s at Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park?
No, we do not sell or rent RV’s or any type of manufactured housing. Guests and residents are responsible for providing an RV or mobile home that meets Park requirements. Although we do not offer RV’s for rent at Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, we highly recommend Family RV and Happy Daze RV’s which offers RVs for rent, rent to own, and for purchase.
Where can we purchase RV / Mobile homes?
In San Francisco, we recommend Family RV, located in Morgan Hill, Happy Daze RV’s, and Lazydays RV. When you buy an RV from Happy Daze RV’s, you get a weekend stay at Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park for free!
Where can I purchase RV parts?
Visit San Leandro, CA for multiple RV Repair Shops such as San Leandro RV and Trailer who have been known to help RV owners find ‘hard to find’ parts. Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park also recommends Kyle’s RV and Mobile Home Repair

Do you have a public dump station for RV’s?
There are no public dump stations (sewer outlets are only provided on paid sites) at Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, but we do provide a sewer connection to residents on paved sites. For non residents, the closest place to dump your waste with no nightly fee is Trailer Villa in Redwood City.
Is there an age restriction on RVs or are older RVs allowed?
The (10) year age restriction does apply to those interested in Park Residency.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, there is. Our Mobile Home & RV Park has convenient access to all the highlights of the city by car, Bart train, or bus service right from our front gate.
Are tent trailers allowed?
We gladly welcome “tent trailers” also called pop up trailers, truck campers, or conversation vans. Guests with tent trailers may stay at the park for a max of (4) consecutive nights. “Tent camping” however is not allowed. Fully contained RVs are required for stays longer (4) nights or for park residency.
Is there an evacuation plan for emergencies?
Yes, evacuation plans are issued to residents every 3-years as it is required by the SSF utility commission. You can also pick up a copy in the rental office.
Do you have a listing agent that can assist with the sale of my mobile home?
If you are located in Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, we recommend Ernest Costa or Grant Gilliam to help you sell your mobile home.
Where can I fill up my propane tanks?
Nearby gas stations and hardware stores offer propane fill up. Propane fill up is available for guests and residents through a third-party vendor. Propane services are available every Tuesday and Friday. Contact the office to be added to the propane fill schedule. NOTE: this service only fills up exterior tanks (meaning detachable propane tanks). Guests and residents are responsible for the removal and reconnect of their exterior tanks.
