People in the construction and nursing industries find our RV Park to be an ideal solution for their fixed-term or short-term housing needs.
Because of COVID-19, people are shying away from shared housing in favor of environments that they can control. RVs provide a comfortable housing solution with the safety and separation that the rental housing market is currently seeking. Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park has taken many safety precautions during this time to increase the safety of our guests during your stay. When you visit our RV Park you will find that each RV space maintains ample social distancing from adjoining spaces. Our private bathrooms, individual shower stalls, and laundry rooms are cleaned and sanitized three times per day.
Our facility has security cameras strategically positioned around the park to monitor activity and on-site management and staff are available throughout the day to ensure your safety and to see that you enjoy your time with us.
Short-Term RV Rentals
If you’re passing through for a single night during the week or if you’re interested in special weekly pricing, Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park can accommodate you. We commonly host parents who are visiting their kids in college in the San Francisco area, patients and families of patients undergoing procedures at world-class San Francisco hospitals, and workers who travel here to serve on short-term projects and contracts. They all have one thing in common: they’re looking for affordable housing with quick access to everything that San Francisco has to offer.
Short-term space rentals include access to our bathroom areas and use of our dog park. Access to our private restrooms is available upon request. Our bathrooms are private stalls which lock from the inside and contain a shower and a commode as well as a sink. All bathroom areas are cleaned three times every day, and we have two ADA bathroom stalls.
Long-Term RV Rentals
Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park is the only RV Park that allows extended stays for people to live year-round in the San Francisco area. At any other park, residents are subject to a mandatory requirement that they leave for a total of seven nights after completing a five month stay.
While long-term RV rental agreements are subject to application approval, you’re welcome to move in right away on a short-term basis while your application moves through the approval process. Once you’re a resident, you can even receive mail here! And staying at our RV Park long-term can be a great way to obtain your California residency.
We offer group and corporate discounts to project-based workers staying in the San Francisco Area for three months or longer.
Bring Your Pets!
Another benefit to traveling in an RV instead of staying in hotels is that RVs are a little more comfortable for pets on the road. At Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park, our pet-friendly RV Park welcomes two pets per RV Space Rental, and we have a very pleasant dog walk area which now includes disinfecting stations and a dog park.
